Campaign Activity Reports

In many cases you will want a report either for yourself or for a client where you will need to see/show the promotional activity that has happened in any campaign.

To see promotional activity of a campaign follow the steps below:

1. Goto the Synnd Dashboard and reference the "Campaigns With Recent Activity" box.

2. Click the Edit Icon of the campaign you want reporting for (highlighted in yellow above):

3. Click the Promotions Tab:

Now you've arrived at the report for the campaign:

Sort Your Results:

You can sort the results by hovering over a column header and then clicking the down arrow:

Download / Print Your Results:

At the top right of a box you will find the following icons. When the icons are clicked the appropriate action is initiated:

NOTE: If you are rendering a large amount of data for printing or CSV then it can take the system up to a few minutes to finally render the CSV or printable report.
